L’edificio si trova in una posizione strategica, di fronte al palazzo si trova la fermata del bus e a 5 minuti a piedi la stazione di Trezzano sul Naviglio. Inoltre nelle vicinanze si trovano tutti i servizi come supermercato, cartoleria, panificio, bar, pizzeria ed un ampio parcheggio gratuito per la macchina, tutto l’essenziale e molto altro. La stanza è ampia ed è dotata di scrivania, sedia, armadiatura, comodino, cassaforte e letto matrimoniale. Sono velocemente raggiungibili con la linea del treno S9 la IULM e la Bocconi o anche con metro + bus....

Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
